Number thirteen in my DANCE! series of Avatar fanart! Though it may seem as if Song floats gently through life, it takes strength and determination to be a true optimist and a believer in humanity...or a graceful dancer.
(Another ballet leap, or something very like one. I'm not sure of the exact style here, but the reference picture said 'Song' as soon as I saw it. The difficulty of drawing her upturned face was more than made up for by the fun of all those swirling Korean skirts and pantaloons... Next up, another femme of the Avatar world...this time a little more fatale...)

Awww... the pose is beautiful, but most of all, the look on her face is so touchingly joyful. It's a look that says she has suffered, and yet has found happiness nonetheless.
